Privacy Policy

Axiom (axiom.marrytek.com) is a mathematics learning platform for grades 3–12, built by Marrytek. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with and how we protect it. If the Mongolian and English versions differ, the Mongolian version applies.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash; we cannot see it), account type (student, parent, teacher), grade, school, city and an optional phone number.
Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name, email address and Google account identifier. We do not access your Google password or any other Google data.
Learning data: answers to problems, placement test results, mastery of each topic, the learning path, points (XP), streaks, homework records and photos of written work that you choose to upload.
Conversations with the Socrates tutor: the messages and images you send and the tutor's replies.
Payment information: the plan chosen, the amount, the bank transfer reference code, dates and discount codes. We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials.
Technical information: a sign-in token, an anonymous browser identifier, a session identifier and the campaign link you arrived from (utm), kept in your browser's localStorage; and the IP address of requests, used for security.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, pixels or analytics tools.

2. How we use information

To show lessons and problems, check answers, assess a learner's level and build a personal learning path.
To show progress reports to parents and teachers. A parent link becomes active only after the child approves it.
To send emails such as weekly reports and reminders, which you can turn off in your settings. Service emails such as password resets and payment notices cannot be turned off.
To confirm payments and compute access periods.
To improve the product using aggregate statistics that identify no one.

Children's information is never used for advertising. We do not sell personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Google (Gemini API): to produce the Socrates tutor's replies, your chat messages, images and the problem being discussed are sent to Google's AI service.
Cloudflare: network delivery and protection of the site.
Email delivery: Marrytek's email delivery service.
Marrytek's customer system: contact details, plan, access period and general activity indicators. Learning content — answers, mastery, chats, homework photos — is not passed to it.
YouTube: video lessons are embedded from YouTube. When a video plays, YouTube may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

4. Google user data and YouTube API Services

Axiom uses Google APIs for two things:

Sign in with Google: with your permission, Google gives us your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use them only to identify you, sign you in and manage your account.
YouTube API Services: Axiom uploads its own video lessons to the @АксиомМатематик YouTube channel and sets their titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails and playlists. This access is used only by Axiom staff, only on Axiom's own channel. The access token is stored on Axiom's publishing workstation, readable only by authorised staff. We do not access users' YouTube accounts and do not collect or store users' YouTube data.

Information received from Google is never used for advertising, never sold, never transferred to third parties except as described above, and never used to train AI models. Axiom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to a Google account can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.

5. Children's information

Most of our users are children. We collect only what learning requires. Parents and guardians may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information by writing to support@axiom.marrytek.com.

6. Storage and security

Information travels over encrypted HTTPS and is stored on servers with restricted access. Passwords are stored only as hashes. We keep information while the account is active. On a deletion request we close the account and delete or de-identify its personal information, except payment records the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights

See and correct your information; email address and profile can be changed under «Миний акаунт» (My account).
Have your account and information deleted.
Opt out of informational emails.

8. Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes. Significant changes are announced by email.
