Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Axiom, Marrytek's mathematics learning platform (axiom.marrytek.com), its video lessons and the @АксиомМатематик YouTube channel. By registering or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If the Mongolian and English versions differ, the Mongolian version applies.

1. Accounts

Give accurate information when registering and do not share your password.
Students use Axiom with the permission of a parent or guardian.
One account is used by one person.

2. Service and payment

The teacher corner and the parent corner are free.
Student access may be paid. When payment is in effect, a new student gets a free 14-day trial.
Plan prices and periods are shown on the pricing page. Payment is made by bank transfer, and access starts once Axiom confirms it.
Access ends at the end of its last day, Ulaanbaatar time.
Discount codes are valid only under their stated conditions and dates.
Refund requests sent to support@axiom.marrytek.com are decided case by case.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

use another person's account without permission;
copy lessons, problems or videos in bulk, resell them or publish them on another platform;
attack the system, overload it or circumvent its security;
send abusive or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual property

Lessons, problems, video lessons, labs, design and the Axiom name and logo belong to Marrytek. You may use them for personal and classroom learning. Watching the video lessons on YouTube and sharing their links is free and subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Rights in material quoted from textbooks remain with their authors.

5. The Socrates tutor (AI)

The Socrates tutor is an AI-based assistant and can sometimes be wrong. Its replies do not replace the textbook or a teacher's explanation.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided «as is», and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Closing an account

You may have your account closed at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms.

8. Changes

When these terms change, the date above changes. Significant changes are announced by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
